RETURNS
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
In the unlikely event that a product should show a merchant defect, we will happily exchange the product for another.
To do this you must:
1. Email us within 5 days. If your order is outside 5 days, we regret we can not cover your return in our policy.
2. We do not accept returns if you have chosen an incorrect colour.
3. We do not accept returns if the cosmetic has been tampered with, broken or deliberately tampered.
4. We keep a batch sample of each item on file, for safety reasons and your cosmetic will be tested against our batch sample, to verify the claim before any exchanges will be issued.
Returns will receive a store credit, by way of a Online Gift Voucher.
CANCELLATIONS
Sorry we do not offer refunds on our items, unless you cancel an order within 24 hours of placing one. Should your items have been shipped by the time you cancel, the order will fall within the return policy and cancellations will not be allowed.
LOST OR DAMAGED FREIGHT
Lost or Damaged parcels are non refundable, and will not be accepted as a return, as we simply can not control the activities of 3rd party businesses (courier companies).
COLOUR VARIATIONS
In the unlikely event that you should not be happy with your purchase, please email us and we will help you select a more suitable item for your next purchase.
STORE RETURNS
If you have purchased your cosmetic from a store, you need to return the item to that store, with your proof of purchase. We do not accept returns, if your product was NOT purchased from this website.
